Dr. Lee was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Queens, New York. She later moved to Florida in 1991.

Served as Program Director for the Nurse Anesthesiology Program at Barry University, College of Health and Wellness from 2016-2025. Began teaching graduate registered nurse anesthetists at Barry University since 2013. Adjunct faculty for the School of Podiatric Medicine, Barry University and guest lecturer for the Physician Associate Program at Barry University.
