Dr. Rendon joined the University of the Incarnate Word in Fall 2020. During her time at UIW she has taught Medical-Surgical Complex Care II didactic and clinical, and Introduction to Professional Nursing Leadership. Prior to teaching she practiced as a board-certified Adult and Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP-BC) in the Intensive Care Unit for 7 years. Prior to obtaining her AG-ACNP-BC, she practiced as a critical care nurse for 17 years.
